Customize PDF reports

Cyberwatch offers a number of options for customizing PDF reports according to the recipient. For example, it is possible to modify its logo, or to choose whether or not to include a disclaimer.

PDF reports use the logos configured for the application. Depending on the report, the logo is displayed on a navy blue banner or on a white background:

  • on the navy blue banner, the report displays the dark theme logo
  • on a white background, the report displays the light theme logo

If only one logo is uploaded, it is used for both themes. For a logo that is readable in all reports, upload a light version of the logo for the dark theme and a dark version for the light theme.

To change the logos:

  1. Click on Administration
  2. Click on Customization
  3. Upload a PNG file of less than 2 MB under Current light theme logo, under Current dark theme logo, or under both
  4. Click on the Save button

Disable disclaimer for reports

  1. Click on Administration
  2. Click on Customization
  3. In the Export settings section, under PDF reports, uncheck the Display “Confidential” disclaimer box
  4. Click on the Save button of the section

Customize the confidentiality notice

Once the “Confidential” disclaimer is enabled and saved, the Confidentiality notice field appears under the box. It replaces the default text of the disclaimer:

  1. Click on Administration
  2. Click on Customization
  3. Under PDF reports, choose a language in the Confidentiality notice list, then enter the text
  4. Repeat the operation for each language used
  5. Click on the Save button of the section

Each report displays the notice in its own language. If no notice is entered for this language, the default text is displayed.
